Egg Laying

HELP!! All my chickens (16 in all) have stopped laying. At first I thought they were all moulting but find that hard to believe because they are all different breeds and all have moulted at different times in the past. The strange thing is that other chickens in the area have also stopped laying. It is winter and in the past they have slowed down but never stopped. We do use some artificial light to keep production up and it has worked in the past but not now. Any suggestions?
