Egg laying

I have one 2 1/2 year old white Leghorn hen who lays egg every day. I have five 1 1/2 Welsumer hens who have not laid an egg in at least a month. They are all healthy and they all eat the same feed. Plenty of water. They also get to free range in the yard and get scratch grains as a treat. The weather has been mild but the days are getting shorter. I have been researching to find an answer as to why the Welsumers are not laying. Has anyone else seen this in their flocks, one hen laying every day and nothing from the others?

Yes, I've had that. I'd guess the Welsummers are molting but the Leghorn is not. Mine don't always all molt at the same time. They are usually pretty close together, but not always.
