Egg not hatch

I had 11 fertile eggs in the incubator set to hatch on Monday (2 days ago). 10 showed signs of hatching on Monday. Tuesday 7 hatched (one pipped upside down, but managed to get out), another pipped Upside down but didn't make it, he had already passed when I found the hole. So that's 8 of the 11. This morning 2 more completed hatching.

My question is, there is still one egg that has shown no signs of hatching. Was fertile early on, and developing at day 8, but after that i couldn't see in the egg anymore. Do I give it another day or 2? Or assume he has passed? We are going out of town tomorrow for 2-3 days. What do I do?
