I've been wondering for AGES - is the nutrition different for different breeds of chicken (duck, goose, etc.)? A friend once told me that EEs are the healthiest with highest protein and lowest cholesterol, but I've never found any information to confirm or deny.
Does anyone know where I can find info about egg nutrition? And is it possible to test my own eggs? I *know* they are better than store-bought, but I'd love the facts to back up my gut feeling
