I have call duck eggs in the incubator. Candled for the last time on Saturday and we have 7 that are looking good so far. I am using a king suro 20 incubator and when I first started these eggs I had them lying on their sides. After seeing pics of others people in incubators I saw people using have the eggs up and down. (air cell up). I changed my eggs to this position on day 14. I have the eggs secured in so they dont move with the auto turner (off since yesterday morning) Is this how most people hatch? I'm starting to worry! My previous duck egg hatches in my old old old hovabator still air were terrible hatch rates. I had all of those on their sides too. I'm hoping the change of position will help my hatch rate. How do you position your eggs???
