hello all- my 4 hens have all been laying as of the past couple of weeks! very exciting where I am new at the whole hen thing. They eggs have been all coming out fine. Except today . I got 3 “normal” eggs and one looked like the following... it’s like the size of a large grape and soft. I can’t tell something is inside but I have never seen this before

What happened?
What does this mean?
So many questions

Okay they have been laying daily for about a month now. I’ve never had them do this. And we give them ouster shells constantly since we heard that helps harden them.

Probably just a new layer glitch...it happens,
can happen with older birds too,
as long as it's not happening daily I'd not worry about it.
Are you sure all 4 have been laying and this might not be a new layer?

I will check how they look today and will update.
1 started 2 weeks before the rest and then the rest started within a day of each other. I can usually tell the 1st one from the rest cause the eggs are bigger than the rest.
