Egg Problem

We have a Mother duck that haves some duck eggs and 2 chicken eggs, we put the eggs in different days to make sure all are going to hatch in the same day. One of the 2 chickens eggs developed just a vein and the other one is evolving normally . They are under the mom for 5 days and they are very hot. Will the egg evolve normally or is it Dead?

At only day 5 I would wait at least until day 9 and check again. See if there is further development, maybe it's just a bit slow but still normal! There's huge changes from day to day.
