More information: Exactly how old are they (if less than a year old, age measured in WEEKS is needed)? If they are not yet a year old, they are technically pullets (until they ARE a year old). New layers take a while to get the conveyor belt running at peak performance. It's actually rare that a hen will lay EVERY day. A lot depends on their breed. Do you know what breeds you have?

Yes, I agree. I think that we need more info:

How old?
What are the breeds?
How long have they been laying?
Are they getting enough food?Water?
Do they have a place that has straw and or something that they would enjoy laying in? A quite place to lay?

If they haven't been laying very long then they won't lay very regularly. It takes them awhile to start up laying quite normally.

Good luck!:thumbsup

They are about 22 weeks, I have found about 5 soft shell eggs cracked in their coop, I'm not 100% sure what they are. I will post a picture of them.
