I have two Wyandottes about nineteen twenty weeks-females 110%-and yesterday i got an egg that looked like it could have been from one of them. It was pinkish white (almost fully white but had a pinkish tinge that is hardly noticeable. After looking again i would say it is all white, but there is a teeny bit of pink. I have Columbian Rocks but they lay tan eggs and not looking like this at all) with some wrinkles, suggesting it was from a pullet who was just beginning to lay. But it was a large egg. Don't pullets lay small eggs at first? Think it could have been from one of them?

All my Wyandotte no matter the color variety lay torpedo shaped eggs. They are a very light brown, and they could be considered slightly pink. So it's possible, not every first egg is small.

This one is white. I have no white layers, but a bantam and hers are small and this one is big.
Thats good, not every egg is small at first, so i guess i can celebrate my first egg from one of my Wyandottes. Do gold laced and silver laced lay different color eggs? I have one of both.

Thanks! So I am guessing this one that i got is from Blossom, my silver laced.
