Broody mom duck is on a nest. There are a few eggs that look odd, thin? She has been sitting 1-3 weeks? Long story... do they look like they are about to hatch or bust cuz they r bad? (First pic was from last week with 11. Today’s pic has 13).

The ones with red arrows look like they might be bad, but do like @Sally Sunshine suggested and candle them before you toss them.

Oops, added, they are duck:) Thanks! Wasn’t sure if it was something that could be figured out by looking at them. This was unexpected and we didn’t want ducklings but here are the eggs! Lol I will have to see if the flashlight I have a strong enough to candle...

Duck eggs are pretty easy to candle. Does your cell phone have a flashlight app?
