Egg question?

I have several bantam hens but no bantam roo. I also have a standard EE roo. He has been working over my bantam hens. What will I get if I incubate the eggs? Will they survive to hatch?

I would expect slightly elevated mortality, due to the decreased space for development. Some bantams lay fairly large eggs, so you may do ok!!

Worth a try. You'll probably just end up with large bantams/small LF

i hatched a lot of my own eggs that were this type of breeding, large roo over small hen, near all of my eggs hatched just fine, i had some humidity issues at the time so i did lose about 5. the ones that hatched are all growing and doing great.
