How many eggs does a ringneck hen lay at once? I got one egg 4 days ago then none until today. However I got 2 within 1 hour from one hen but the second egg has no shell. Can I hatch the shelless egg?

usually only 1 egg a day or every other day during season. I would guess this is a young hen? The soft shelled egg will not hatch only wither quickly... You may need to offer them some calcium if this is not a new hen... New hens will do this from time to time and their laying timing may be erratic at first, these usually work themselves out with experience.
