Egg shoot design help

I am looking for some plans for a egg hole like the ones in the commercial hatcheries. My chickens are eating the eggs and I get 0 eggs. I have already tried mustard filled eggs and they seem to like that too. Stupid things. I need something that will let the eggs go outside or where they cannot reach them. My nest boxes are on the outside of the coop so I would be able to put a hole in them if I can get some sort of help on how it's done. I don't want them to break when they come out. How is this done? Anyone know?

I'm new to chickens but here is a link the talks about rollaway nest boxes https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?pid=3499006#p3499006 we used this as a guide to build ours but chicks are only 5 weeks old so can not comment on how effective it is

Great link. I am looking for something like a hose the eggs can drop through without breaking. I might have to cull all of them and start over if I cannot find an answer. No sense to have chickens that eat the eggs.
