Egg sizes

My welsh harlequin girls started laying in the last couple weeks. We are getting eggs of all sizes!
This morning we got a tiny egg, a jumbo egg and a mid sized egg

Nice looking eggs and very typical of first time layers.

My hens have been laying for almost four weeks now and only one hen lays a nice large egg. The rest are all still small with a few double yolked. How long before they get larger?
