egg squat?

yesterday I refilled the chickens feeder and one of them squatted, if this is the egg squat thing they do, then about how long should it be before my EE starts laying?

How old are they? They typically start laying from 20 weeks to 27 weeks with the average age being about 25 weeks.

they are about 14 or 15 weeks old
