Strange texture. Any idea why it is like this. Picture shows normal leghorn egg vs the one she laid today

Would be good to crack that baby open to take a look at the edge of the shell.

Do you know which bird laid it?
How old, in months, is this bird?

Yeah it’s one of our white leghorn chicken who is 16 months old. She’s laid normal ones like the one next to it but never see anything like this.

I have one today also, any thoughts on the cause? 1 year old farm mix hen.
