So I am getting ready to start selling my extra eggs and would like to have a "tip" sheet I could give customers.
Here are some things i have, some may need clarifying.

1) Fresh, fresh eggs do not boil well, they should be __________old before they will peel easily when boiled.
2) Unwashed eggs have a protective layer called "bloom" that locks out bacteria
3) To wash eggs use water that is warmer than they are and dry thoroughly
4)Unwashed Eggs can last ____________ in the fridge after they have been layed.
5) Washed eggs last ________

Please help me add to my list and if you have benefits or anything to add please let me know

The fresh eggs not boiling well is not really true. Over the past week I have hard boiled 2 1/2 dozen and none of the eggs were more than 3 days old! They peel better than any store bought egg I have ever had. The key is to get the water boiling before you add room temperature eggs. Use a slotted spoon to set the eggs into the boiling water. Boil for 10 minutes. Remove and immediately put them into an ice water bath until cool. It works every time! Give it a try!
