Egg too small! Help!

I think one of my duck eggs is too small. They have got 6 more days till there due day is here! I candled the egg and there is defiantly life in there! But the egg is smaller than the rest. Just so I know will this cause the duckling problems when hatching? And if so what's the best thing i can do for it if something goes wrong?

The duckling will grow to the size of the egg, and its future size will be limited by it. The egg size itself shouldnt cause any troubles, had plenty of them and the little ones are very cute
