Egg Turner creating heat

This is the first time I have had a full incubator, and I have found that the side with the egg turner motor, runs about a degree warmer than the other side. My incubator does have a fan and its working and I have verified with 2 thermometers on both sides of incubator.

If I rotate the eggs every 3-4 days, will that counteract the uneven temp? Or is that too much moving?

I think swapping the eggs is a good idea. People pull them to candle so that isn't too much movement if you're gentle.

OK, thank you! I'm probably overly paranoid, but after 2 bad hatches last year, I have high hopes for this one!
