Egg turner or manual?

We had excellent hatch first time with turning eggs manually, but we want to put more in this time. We thought maybe just use a tray to help keep them “organized”, but should we get an egg turner. Can you still turn them fully yourself with a turner?

A turner is always better because it turns more frequently and continuously which precludes the no turning at night thing. We frequently forget to turn also. The auto turner never forgets.
Also, keeping your hands off of eggs is a good idea.
