egg update...

mommy duck came out to eat, drink, and of course poop, gotta love broody duckie poopie. thank goodness for air fresheners lol. well i candled an egg. yeah only one cuz mommy duck scares me and i couldn't get her to go in the bath, and forget trying to pick her up. ask duckyfromoz how mean she is, quack attack hung up on her sunday when she called all the way from australia, at least duckie was nice and talked to her.. anyway.. the babies look good from what i know (first time for me and quack attack). duckyfromoz has been coaching me. i am sooooooooooooo excited!!!!

..... I have been pre-occupied today with the hatching of a special Runner Duckling-

Although I have hatched so may before- I still get very anxious and excited.. And as for your eggs goes.... They almost seem like my own....... I hear about Quackers so much I almost feel like she could be here in my own house.... I wish you were closer and then I could go to visit Quackers and help you deal with the waiting for them to hatch. She is being so good for a first time mother- They can sometime leave the nest or stop sitting all together- But she is doing so well so far. 19 eggs... Want a good mummy duck.

yes quackers is amazing. i can't believe what a good little mummy she is! i'm soo soo proud of my little girl. lol i know i feel the same with regie, flipps, monty, crumpet, the 3 runners, heather, harvey, lol and all the others hahaha. (duckie says hi, he just walked up he always knows when i'm writing to you) i wish you were here to help me so i can candle them all, but i'm sure you don't wana smell broody duck poo in my room HAHAHA. i did spray but but of course duckies big butt walked in it
