I’m on day 13 and I candled my eggs again, and most of them have very strong veins. There were a few that I think went bad though? There’s just a small dark dot, and no veins that I can see.
Are the quits? I’m afraid to open them.

I would mark them with a pencil and leave them in there until lockdown. I candle at lockdown and if those ones I marked didn't make it, that's when I get rid of them. On occasion, I just haven't seen it right and sometimes those questionable ones hatch.

I would leave them until day 17. Then candle and see if its developed anymore
I thought i had a quitter last hatch. And it actually hatched. But didnt make it more than a few hours sadly in my case.

That doesn't look like it's on day 13.
Looks like a quitter in this picture.

Might be a quitter by the looks of it. You could leave it in for a couple more days and see if there's any development/movement. If there's neither, it's likely gone :/
