I have used the boiled yolk tip with great success. The advice to use yolks suggests to me that whites should not be used. Is that correct, please? What's the reason?

I would like to know because a person who is best not identified fed the boiled white to the new poults while I wasn't looking!

I feed them to mine all the time. As the matter of fact, I don't know why people say to just feed the yolk. Maybe because that is where most of the nutrition is?

Some say that the whites if feed raw will cause a biotin deficiency. If you cook it is is no risk at all.
