The other day we were out with the ducks and my Blue Swedish seemed a little strange. She ran from us (normally doesn’t) but we dismissed it as we might have been wearing unfamiliar clothes. She got over that and greeted us, but when she decided to go in her coop she stopped in front of it and put her tail down and then ran in her coop, chest on the ground, and put her tail down again. She didn’t lay an egg that day so I thought maybe she was just going to, but she didn’t until this morning and the egg was cracked (looked like it was layed on a rock so I didn’t think much of it).
I just heard about egg yolk peritonitis and saw this chicken that reminded me of my duck. I attached a picture of the chicken doing a similar behavior. She seems fine today, but should I be worried?

I never worry until I have something to actually worry about...What do you feed?....Any oyster shell out?...Bigger egg or was disturbed during her lay?...

She layed later in the day so it was out of the coop, seemed normal size. I just switched to layer, previously fed crumbles and oyster shells.
