Egg Yolk was a huge hit

I've had a little pasty butt going on with my new chicks. I read yogurt, egg yolks, and Braggs vinegar can help. Last night I mashed up cooked egg yolk and put it on a paper plate along with some greek yogurt I had mixed up with a bit of their feed. It was hilarious to watch. They were going wild eating it! The yolk was by far their favorite but they ate some of the yogurt as well.
We just moved so we have no internet or cable but this is much more entertaining than anything on TV or the internet!!

Hahahahahaha! I'll have to try that with my chicks, just for a treat sometime! LOL

LOL. We did the same thing and it was funny. (we also have no cable)

I put it in a very small flat bowl. Our youngest kept trying to get pieces from the others and when she'd get some she'd run around like a nut, despite the fact that no one was chasing her. Our black chickie quickly figured out that the treat was IN the bowl but the others didn't seem to ever figure this out and would run around - right over the bowl and in the bowl. Our shy one just waited until she could sneak in and get a little bit here and there and avoid the craziness.
