I am making meringues today so I will have a bunch of leftover yolks. What can I do with them other than cook them and give them back to the chickens? I don't mind storing them for a few days, but I want recipes to use them in fairly soon. Thanks!

You can cook them and use them as salad crumbles. Or mix it like deviled eggs and top crackers with them. SuperBowl snack.

Great idea I wish I had some yokes laying arund to do that!

Ok, I'm either doing creme brulee or pots de creme. I will probably get around to making them on Tuesday, but my mouth is watering already!

Make egg noodles! I used to make them when I made an angle food cake from scratch. I would hang them on one of those wooden drying racks to dry (the noodles - not the cake!) - had to keep an eye on our corgi who would nibble the bottom ones.
