Egglaying

So we bought a chicken that was already laying and out of no where she stopped laying I also have two other chickens that I know are gonna take a few weeks to lay but I just found my silkue is,a rooster of course I have them separated I just wanna know why the chicken isn't laying anymore

Could she be molting???? Do you free range? If so, there might be a hidden nest somewhere...

If you recently got the chicken, it's probably the stress of moving to an unfamiliar place.
A chicken has a couple eggs in the pipeline and then if stressed (like moving) will stop laying after a couple days till they're no longer feeling stress.
From what I've read that could be a week or two. GC
