We keep hearing about worming chickens and wondered if these worms could ever get into the eggs and harm us??

anyone??

Welcome to BYC! Alot of good help here.
No need to worry about the worms getting into the eggs and harming you....doesn't happen.
If your flock doesn't free range, the chances of them even getting worms is greatly reduced. I free range my flock and think it is the way chickens should live. That's my choice.
I only worm my flock once a year and sometimes only every 2 years. I wait til they are molting and not laying to give the wormer residue time to dissipate from their systems.
