Hi!! It’s been a while since I’ve been on here 😅
We have the “Little giant 9300 still air incubator” and we started off with 54 eggs. I candled them about 10 days in and 15 were not developing/were infertile. So now we have 39 eggs still in the incubator and they are due today! BUT we have 2 issues... today is day 21 and I do not see and pips on any of the eggs, and i have not heard any chirping.. and thoughts?

I usually leave the hatching business for hens, but from what ever little experience I have I will suggest you to not disturb the hatcher. Just check if the temperature and humidity is correct. Sometimes they take a day longer, other times they are less patient.

Everything seems to be normal..

At what time do I call it quits after hatch date?

I understand how you are feeling. People become anxious as the hatch day gets closer, that's why I avoid hatching. I think today is just the day 21, if you see no movement or hear no sound in a a few hours and if your anxiety gets better of you then do as suggested by @BirdsBeesTrees .

Find some momma hen noises to play to them. I have a 9300 and I began playing YouTube videos to them intermittently through the day. Search “Mother hen calling her chicks very sweetly” -I play this one the most, but there are several-the biggest challenge with these videos is that many have too much background noise or talking, so it took awhile to find some good ones.

Sometimes they pip in the bottom, look for bits of shell laying near the eggs. Your temp may have been slightly low, so they could be delayed. I’d wait through day 24.
