eggs are hatching! do i need to do anything??

I had ordered some fertilized eggs a couple weeks ago for my broody hen.
I hear peeping and managed to get the hen up enough to see that one of the eggs is cracking.
It is 12:30 am here and I don't know if I can go to bed and hope all goes well, or do something!
I don't even know what to do if necessary so any advise is highly appreciated!!!

If it's a first time broody, you have the luck of the draw. She could be fantastic or not so good.

I say, let nature take it's course. Most times, mother nature wins out. Go to bed and let the mamma do her thing.... and you know what they say.

DON'T OPEN THE BATOR... even when it's a mamma hen!
