Eggs are rough???

My Aracana is laying eggs with a rough surface, does anyone know why? Also, one of my birds is kicking eggs out of the nest. Everyday only one is cracked on the floor. Why just the one?Why is she ousting eggs? Weird huh?

I get rough eggs every now and then, no big deal. And chickens are weird animals!!!! I am not sure why one is kicking the eggs out.....
