Eggs aren’t developing

I’m not too happy. I have gone through about 30 duck eggs and non of them have been developin. I have a male and female duck and every time I candle the eggs there are no veins. How is this even possible, it’s getting me frustrated.

Your drake might be sterile. Do you have a pool for them to breed in? You'll get better fertility if they can breed in the water.
How old are the ducks?

I have a pool and they are about 5-6 months old
