eggs drom different breeds

Obviously the siza and color of eggs differ from breed to breed. I currently have 2 white leg horns, one barred plymoth rock, one Rhode island red, one austrolorp, one buff orpington, one black sexlink, one silver winged, and 3 Easter eggers. My question is will their eggs taste different from chicken to chicken and will they have different nutritional value?

Nope they should all taste the same and be just as healthy as the next. There may be nominal differences between them but not enough to make a difference.
