Eggs dying by day 14

I have very successfully hatched eggs with my 2 Ayam Cemani hens with a mixed rooster, I finally got a beautiful new Ayam Rooster. Now when I try and incubate eggs the AC babies never make it past the 2nd candle. I have even put half AC's and then a mix of other breeds in the incubator at the same time to verify it is not the machine or my heat and or humidity. I have also changed feed and given them more yard time. I fear its my roosters genetics. Is that possible? Any suggestions on what I can change or do to hatch these eggs? I have also opened the eggs and everything appears normal except the embryos are dead and not developing any further.

I'm not an expert (no pun intended) on genetics but unfortunately I think it is a genetic thing which means he is unfit to breed. Any of his chicks that do hatch could carry that high chick mortality rate gene.
