eggs fading on the counter

hello all ! ive noticed that the brown eggs i get from my farmers market will fade. the bottom half becomes pale if i do not refrigerate them. i prefer to leave them on the counter. why is this happening . I mentioned it to the farmer - who then giggled and changed the subject . hmmmm.

Never heard of anything like this...posting some pics might help.
Makes no sense at all.
Do you mean the half of the egg that's in the carton?
What kind of carton?
Were eggs refrigerated when bought?
Were eggs washed.... if so, how were they washed?
