Everything has been so crazy around our house lately that i haven't spent much time outside. I let them out, feed , water and then they just do their thing until coop time.

I had quit looking for eggs under bushes. Tonight I went to put everyone in the coop and there were three perfect eggs laying in the hay!

They don't spend any time in their coop unless it's raining so this was a shock!

I was so excited over those three little eggs 😂

Nice! This afternoon, ours were suspiciously standing around a little tree that they’ve used previously as a nesting site...

I don’t think I’m physically or mentally prepared for guineas nest season to start back up, so let’s hope for a delay! :lau

That's why I grabbed these suckers up. My husband wants to try to hatch some but I told him nooooooo!!! I could try to sell keets but what if I get stuck with them? I've got 8 guineas that stay in their yard, come in the coop at night and don't fight. I'm not going to disturb that.

Yay! Congrats on the eggs!
My pearls were hanging out in the tall(matted down from snow and wind) grass yesterday. It is where they had many different nests last year, but also just a favorite hangout spot.
I doubt we will see eggs for at least a few more weeks. My mouth is watering just waiting though! I love their eggs!

So far I've gotten six this week! Not bad considering I think I only have 2 females.

It looks like you've got a lot of guineas! Hopefully you've got lots of eggs soon 😁
