So I have 7 bantam eggs in my fan air incubator. I've been turning them three times a day and the temp has been at 37.5 and humidity 45%, until day 18 where the humidity is now up to 65%. It is now day 23 and still no pips or hatching! I candled them again last night and at least three were alive and moving inside their shells. What should I do? Is there any chance of them hatching? I've successfully incubated lots of eggs before so I really can't understand why these are late. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Sit on your hands and let nature take its course. If they haven't even pipped, you really don't need to be assisting them. Let them get to pip first then see how things go. It may be that your readings for temp or humidity were slightly out, causing a delayed hatch.
