Eggs inside incubator

Well, I just check my chicken eggs and I saw a peck mark on the egg but when I candle it it was clear. Could have something pecked it? Wierd

but I check them for crack before I set them inside the incubator.

That is just odd. hummmm....hummmm. I am new at this hatching but that is very puzzleing. I think some of my eggs rolled into my other eggs and got them started.
