Eggs Not Hatching on Day 21, they are also Pitch Black

Today is day 20, you don't count the first day.

I disagree. Counting Feb. 12th as Day 1, then today is Day 21. She set them on a Saturday, they should start hatching on Saturday.
@Renada_, don't stress over it yet. There's plenty of time. The "21 day" incubation period is just an average. Some will hatch early, some late - even as late as Day 23 or 24.
I also set my eggs on Feb. 11th at 7:00 am, and I still have 6 eggs which have not yet pipped. I'm not worried, not until tomorrow or Monday.

I think today is day 21.

They were set on Feb 11, which was a Saturday. So the first day was Sunday, the second day Monday, and so on to the 7th day being Saturday Feb 18, the 14th day Saturday Feb 25, and the 21st day is Saturday March 4 (today).

The way I can remember it: the day of the week they were set is the day of the week they usually hatch.
