Eggs not pipping

I've only ever hatched 1 clutch of duck eggs but my mom put 18 chicken eggs in the incubator 23 days ago and none of them have pipped yet (they should all be standard chickens not bantam breeds) at what day or point should I open the incubator and is there anything to be done.
I should add they were moving and showed signs of life when I locked them down on day 18 the incubator has been staying at 99.5 degrees to 100 degrees with the humidity ranging between 80 and 85%

Yes on temp ive double checked with 2 back up thermometers as for type of incubator all I know is it was purchased from Amazon and the booklet that it came with says nesting incubator I'm gonn try to include pictures of the incubator and booklet
