For those of you who leave your eggs out of the fridge- Do you do so even in summer? We don’t have central air conditioning, if that’s a factor.
We currently leave the eggs on the counter but don’t know if it’s still ok in the warm summer days that are starting. Thanks.

I do, but don't believe I would if I did not have central air. I am in Arizona though....how warm does it get in your house?

I’m near Buffalo, New York. Highs rarely get above 95, but sometimes the humidity is high also, making it feel quite stuffy. The house isn’t as hot as long as we have a good breeze.
We do have a/c units in some rooms, but only use them occasionally and usually just at night.

I would probably be comfortable up to about 80 or so, but maybe that is too hot? I keep my house at 77 in the summer, but I don't know much how humidity affects the quality of the eggs

They should be fine, no AC here either.
I sell mine fast enough(within a week or two) not to worry about it,
but they would not stay as 'fresh' as long when stored in warmer temps.
How 'long'.... I would not venture to guess.
Higher humidity may actually help them from losing moisture.
