Eggs pipped but not hatching.

Hi everyone,
I'm incubating pheasant eggs. Even though it's only day 21, they're pipping. 3 of them have pipped so far but theyre not progressing at all. One of them is active but the other two aren't progressing(they have a tiny crack and hole but not progressing). It's been about 5-6 hours since they've started pipping. One of them( the active one) is also chirping bit the other two are just as I saw them before. I did pick the eggs up only once and I definitely felt something g moving a lot. Sorry if asked this question too early.

My first pip took 12 hours to zipping. Some dont take that long. You are fine.
