Hello there and welcome to BYC!

Is that the stuff from Manna Pro in the white and yellow labeled bottle? If so, yes that stuff is 100% natural. When in doubt, wash the eggs, but wash them only when you are about to eat them. There is an outer covering on all eggs called the "bloom" that protects the inside of the egg from bacteria and such from entering the egg. Washed eggs don't last as long in storage as unwashed eggs.
