eggs size and baking recipes

Hi! Our ladies just started laying this past week!! Now I am imagining all the wonderful uses for these treasures. Is there a general rule of thumb for the number of fresh eggs you would use in baking recipes (vs the larger store bought ones?). For example if a recipe calls for 2 x-large eggs, how many of these smaller ones would you use?
