My goose has been sitting on four eggs for about three weeks. Today I found her outside the pen and the door had closed behind her. I don't know how long she was off the eggs. She went right back on the eggs when I opened the door so I didn't have a chance to see if they were still warm or not. Is there any chance of the eggs surviving? She is a mimi Oregon goose.

She is so beautiful.

I have had this happen before and mine still hatched same with guinea and chicken eggs.

They will be just fine you'll see.

Update: Bonnie is still sitting on the eggs! We don't really know when they would be due to hatch as she started sitting while we were out of town. I think today would be the earliest possible day. I know she is getting crankier when we reach into the pen to fill the food or water.

I'll update with pics if we have any goslings.
