Eggs stopped a month ago

I have four hens, all around 1 1/5, and it's been over a month since they have laid. One of them was molting in August/September and everyone slowed down then and just stopped. I give them organic layer feed, are outside all day and seem healthy so I'm not sure what the problem is. One thing I have noticed is their combs don't seem as red as they used to. Not sure if this has anything to do with it.

It's just a normal break in their laying cycle triggered by the shortening day length and molt. 'Second year' birds generally take a break from laying at this point in their lives. They will start laying again in the spring - earlier if you provide supplemental lighting.
