Eggs stopped. Now bloody stool

So I have flock of 5 birds we raised from chicks. We were very excited cause three weeks ago it seemed 2-3 started laying and getting two eggs a day for about a week and a half. Now we’re only getting 1 egg every two days for the last week. Today I went to let them out of their coop and there’s blood under their roost. Is this an egg bound issue or something worse?

I would guess it's coccidiosis.
Get Corid today.

The lady at tractor supply said it could be the berries we give them. I’m gonna give them corrid to be safe
