Eggs to small

I just got my new batch of quail eggs have hatched some before
This time I have some king/button quail as well as jumbo and didn’t realise how much smaller the normal quail eggs the kings are would it be okay to pack them out in the turner with bubble wrap?

I don't think you need to, will the turner still turn them? I would be worried the bubble wrap would block air flow to and from the shell.
