Eggs with hard lumps on the outside??

a photo or two would help us to help you with this; it sounds like excess calcium, but may be something else entirely. Please post a photo showing the lumps.

It's excess calcium and a shelling gland glitch.
Do you know which bird is laying them, if so how old is she in months??
Is it a one off or constant?
Not sure which girl is laying them.. every other day or so but not constant . they are 2years old

Besides what aart said, if you scape them off, do they leave little holes? If so, it's excess vitamin D, according to G Damerow Chicken Health Handbook p. 29.
I don't scrape off the hard ones. I will next time. Thank you for the info!!
