Eggs with no shell

My one year old Speckled Sussex is all of a sudden laying shell less eggs. Not soft shell but no shell what so ever. It looks like someone just cracked an egg on the ground and took the shell.She has always been a "lazy" layer but never like this. The rest of the flock lay just fine and it doesn't seem like she is getting picked on. Should I be concerned? Can laying shell less eggs cause an infection? Culling is not an option unless absolutely neccesary for safety. Any advice is appreciated.

Try and make sure that she has enough calcium in her diet. Feeding her crushed oyster shell should do the trick.

All four hens are offered oyster shell but they never touch it. The others lay strong eggs and she always has until recently. Her eggs have always been kind of oblong in shape but nothing too out of the ordinary. They are fed Scratch N Peck Organic layer feed and are free range. I am also unable to find and lice or parasites.

We save the shells from our eggs and bake them and crush them up almost to a dust and feed them back to the hens with their feed they go crazy for it. Its a good source of calcium for them

We offer them the egg shells as well and their feed has plenty of calcium. The others eggs are strong shelled and so were hers until a week ago. Just concerned for her health and there is no avian vet near me
